Nearby there are many popular tourist destinations, such as Lerici, the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere. The villa is located within a protected naturalistic area (Montemarcello - Magra - Vara Regional Natural Park), therefore it benefits from an uncontaminated and suggestive atmosphere. The fence of the large private park guarantees privacy and security. The large entrance gate is automated and the driveways inside are comfortable and have plenty of room for maneuvering.
