Real estate sales to Russian and Chinese
Our agency sells from 2003 valuable properties in Italy to buyers from Eastern Europe, and since 2012 is also present in the web of China to offer to sell the property to an Italian audience of buyers increasingly vast. Our employees are native speakers of Russian and Chinese. Our agency publishes real estate listings in the Russian language on five portals of the Russian Federation, and Chinese-language portals in five of the People's Republic of China.

Our site www.prestigeitalyhouse .com, in writing Chinese characters, is inserted into the web officially the People's Republic of China, and then is seen no barriers of any kind from the general public in China.
Our Real Estate does not ask for any exclusivity for the sale.
The Vendor will see your ad on our two sites and portals on various esters. In this case, the foreign publications on the portals will last for twelve months and will be periodically renewed. The contribution due to costs of translation and publication will be of € 100.00 plus VAT (€ 122.00 in total) for ads in the Russian language, and of € 100.00 plus VAT (€ 122.00 in total) for ads in Chinese language. The Seller may choose a single type of publication or both forms of publication. So to publish parallel portals Russian and Chinese (a total of ten portals) the contribution will be € 200.00 plus VAT (€ 244.00 in total). The commission requested by us to the Seller, in the event of a sale with our customer Purchaser, amounts to 3% (three percent) plus VAT if the actual price agreed between the parties does not exceed 3 million, about 2% (two percent) plus VAT over 3 mil ..
In the case of our foreign customer interested in buying, the visit is carried out in the presence of one of our employees whose mother tongue is Russian or Chinese, the negotiation is conducted in the presence of the Seller, possibly with simultaneous translation into Italian of any administrative act or conversation. Our Real Estate Agency shall follow the procedure of buying and selling, with translations and so on, until the notarial deed.
Some sellers require confidentiality. In this case we publish ads reserved only portals in Russian or Chinese, so that they can be seen and read only by those who know these languages.
To activate the publications in the real estate ad must be sent to the following e-mail cognitive material:
- a brief description, in Italian, of the property to be sold, containing the data of the net area covered walkable and the total area of the lot of relevance;
- the amount of the sale price of the property (mandatory for foreign publications on the portals);
- least twelve photographs of the property (interior and exterior) of size 640 x 480 pixels;
- identification of special facilities (swimming pool, photovoltaics, perimeter alarms, automatic watering systems, etc..) If any;
- visura and cadastral plans, if available;
- Energy and energy performance index of IPE (required);
- permission to publish the data and not exclusive mandate duly completed and signed.
